Some customers have reported that having User Access Control switched on can prevent pictures being added to TheRecipeManager.

To check this select Control Panel from the Start menu.

Then on the Control Panel double click on Security Center.

This will open the Windows Security Center window and at the bottom you will find a section titled Other security settings, which includes the item User Access Control. If this switched on, try switching it off.
