The staging tab allows you to add reminders of when you need to do certain tasks when preparing a recipe. When you are adding or modifying a recipe, you can provide details of the staging. In the Qty. column you would add the unit value. This may be weeks, days, hours or minutes, which you would specify in the Period column. You would then add details of the task in the Description column.
