TheRecipeManager allows you to store nutritional and food exchange information with your recipes. We allow for the storing of the following nutritional information:

calories, calories from fat, grams fat, grams saturated fat, grams trans fat, mg cholesterol, mg sodium, grams carbohydrates, grams dietary fiber, grams sugar, grams protein.

You can type these values manually, or use the interactive assignment window, which uses release 20 of the USDA nutritional database. You can do either of these when you are modifying a recipe or adding a new recipe

Food exchanges can be stored on the Food Exchanges tab. If you don't wish to use food exchanges then you can surpress this tab via preferences.
