Once you have added information to any of the lifestyle tracking areas; Blood sugar, blood pressure, body weight, food intake or exercise, you can graph the information.

Using the example of body weight tracking where you have a number of values added, to graph these select the 'Graph weight reading' button (the graph icon) at the bottom corner of the lifestyle tracking window. You can filter the information graphed over a date range using the drop down list above the table of entries.

A customizable window will then open to a Line Graph displaying the body weight details over the selected range. You can then choose to change what is displayed on the graph to Height or Body Mass Index.

If you then select the Show Options button (the cog) a panel will slide out which lets you customize the appearance of the graph. You can change the colour and style of the graph and the the label options.
