The Lifestyle Tracker enables you to log and monitor the exercise you do.
To launch the Lifestyle tracker select 'Lifestyle Tracking' from the 'View' menu or by pressing the 'Command + t' keys
To add exercise details, select the 'Exercise' button at the top of the window. Then select the '+' (Add exercise activity) button at the bottom of the Lifestyle Tracking window.
You can then add the; Date, Time, Activity, Calories Burned, Duration, Distance, Pace, Unit (distance) and any relevant comments. You will also notice that the Activity list has a large number of activities to choose from. Once you have completed this select the √ 'save' button at the bottom of the Lifestyle Tracking window. If you don't want to save the details you can select the × 'cancel' button at the bottom of the Lifestyle Tracking window.
All the readings added will then be displayed in the list at the bottom of the Lifestyle Tracking window. The list can be ordered by selecting on any of the column headers; Date, Time, Calories Burned, Distance, Duration and also filtered by the drop down menu above the list.
Once you have added information you can then use it to create graphs or print reports.
