TheRecipeManager enables you to copy recipes between open cookbooks. This can be useful if you wish to create a family favorites cookbook for sharing with others.

To copy a recipe or recipes to a different open cookbook you should simply select the recipe(s). Then from the 'Recipe' menu, move down to the 'Copy Recipe (s) to Cookbook' option and select the cookbook you wish to copy the recipe(s) to, from the list of open cookbooks. You can also use the context menu.

If you then scroll across on the recipe list you will see that the recipe has now been copied to Cookbook you specified. You will also see that it still shows being in the original cookbook. It is important to note that you can only copy recipes between open cookbooks.

Note: If you are copy several hundered recipes at one time it can take a few minutes for these records to be transferred between the different cookbooks.
